Description of the Department/Project:
* From the remote sales department, we are building a new way to serve our customers.
* It is vital that we understand and deploy the use of all the digital tools that the company provides us.
* We are responsible for ensuring that the strategy defined with the company reaches the points of sale.
* Currently, we are facing a great opportunity, the energy transition, and we have the responsibility to deliver our solutions to customers to address it.
What will you do?
* Attention to the points of sale in the assigned area.
* Business monitoring in the area.
* Presentation of new products and campaigns.
* Decision-making based on data.
* Support and challenge our partners in digital transformation.
* Be part of the energy transition through advising and presenting our solutions.
What will you learn?
* Negotiation
* Single-line diagrams
* Data analysis
If you are:
* Fresh graduate in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
* Be able to start a 1-year program in May 2025.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
* Should demonstrate resilience, proactivity, a strong capacity for self-learning, and humility.
