Main Responsibilities:

Sales: Achieves sales results in the geographic area assigned (regions: Centro Sur comprising of Madrid and periphery, Andalucía, Castile and León, Castile-La Mancha, Extremadura, Canary Islands)
Management: Manages a team of agents and KAM (Key Account Manager) Assigns sales objectives and monitors sales results through reports and analysis Coaches the team to improve performance Spends time in the field together with the team
Stakeholders management: Establishes and maintains constant business relations in his territory with key clinical opinion leaders and hospital administration key roles (Head of Pharmacy, Head of Purchases, etc.)
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for driving sales growth.
