We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our client services team in Barcelona, Spain or Münich, Germany.
Functions
* Strong experience in payroll administration and HR functions.
* Strong knowledge of German labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance systems.
* Provide support in various HR functions.
* Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Prepare deliverables and maintain payroll computation for multiple clients.
* Ensure collection of payroll processing documents and other input accounting and tax information.
* Check the payroll input data documents for compliance with the local regulations.
* Meet established deadlines for each client.
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation and inform clients and superiors on the changes.
* Maintain excellent client relationships and attend to clients’ queries.
* Liaise with external parties like auditors, bankers and relevant authorities.
Requirements
* 8+ years’ experience in HR & payroll, preferably for international corporate clients.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
* Well versed with all Microsoft Office 365 applications.
* Experience with Datev payroll software.
* Business level English.
