Introduction

Tasks
1. Perform payroll, attendance, absenteeism, vacations and overtime control
2. HR administration management and control HR documentation
3. Design the training plan, from the analysis of needs of the departments to its deployment
4. Monthly HR reporting to corporate and Business Indicators management
5. Support the personnel selection processes, internally or in cooperation with external consulting companies
6. Coordinate safety and health issues in the plant
7. Provide an HR consultative service to Line Management
Profile
1. Education in Human Resources
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in HR payroll, administration (industrial sector would be a plus)
3. Good knowledge of English and Spanish
4. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
