As a Spare Parts Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service by managing spare parts processes efficiently.

What you will be doing
* Promote Bystronic’s culture and values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Collaborate closely with the service team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Manage the entire spare parts process in the ERP system, including quotes, order confirmations, purchase orders, and invoicing.
* Oversee spare parts stock and forecasting, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
* Handle returns of unused or damaged parts according to company policies.
* Act as the primary contact for customers regarding spare parts inquiries and processes.
* Generate reports on costs, stock rotation, and performance metrics.
* Manage the Webshop operations, including order processing and invoicing.
* Lead parts marketing efforts, including the local website, Webshop, and external platforms.
* Ensure timely payment of invoices in alignment with financial targets.
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse following best practices.
Your education & experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
* Basic business and finance knowledge, with an understanding of customer satisfaction and financial drivers.
* Proficiency in SAP and experience working with ERP systems.
* Fluent English skills (spoken and written).
