REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES:
* Managing IT assets: utilizing CMDB tools efficiently.
* Understanding IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions within the Public Cloud, Workplace and Service Desk services.
* Proficiency in managing ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow, is a key requirement of the position.
* Creating reports within ServiceNow is part of the responsibilities.
* Mastery of ITIL processes—including incident, request, change, problem, and capacity management—is imperative.
* English proficiency level of B2/C1.

TITULACION REQUERIDA:
•Superior Technician in Management of Compute Systems or Computer engineering degree

AÑOS EXPERIENCIA EN PERFIL SOLICITADO:
* Experience of at least 3 years in the IT sector, of which, at least 1 year performin same role.
