Bunge offers an outstanding full-time and paid opportunity for starting Engineers to kick-off their career as Bunge Europe, Africa & Asia Industrial Operations Trainee.
Participate in a comprehensive international training curriculum, crafted to give an understanding of the operations, processes, and technologies of Bunge’s crushing, refining, and packaging facilities.
Program Overview
The program of 18 months is composed of 3 main stages:
* Nourish | 3 months: Regional and plant onboarding, buddy up, settle, and prepare to grow.
* Grow | 9 months: Hands-on learning within the team locally, develop and deepen Bunge Business knowledge.
* Flourish | 6 months: Finalize the program with a group project and fine-tune skills for the future.
Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into a role in the Business Unit that complements both the needs of the company and the trainees' career interests and personal strengths.
What to bring
* A Bachelor or Master working and thinking level in Engineering or relevant field (such as: Industrial Operations, Maintenance, Automation, Process, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Chemical or Environmental Sciences).
* Up to 2 years previous work experience, which can be through internships or extra-curricular experience. International exposure; travel & relocation might be required.
* A good level of English language skills. Local languages may be required in some locations.
* Passionate, bold, and driven, known for excellent social skills, proactivity, problem-solving, growth mindset, learning agility, and adaptability.
