We’re looking for a video editor (2+ years experience) to help us create high-performing ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
This role is perfect for someone who’s creative but also obsessed with performance and loves editing/creating videos that actually convert.
We are in the affiliate lead gen space, so if you have any experience, that would be ideal
🎬 About the Role:
✅ Edit & Optimize – Edit raw footage into compelling short-form video ads
✅ Platform-Specific Cuts – Create variations tailored to each platform’s best practices (Facebook/Tiktok/Youtube/Snapchat)
✅ Attention to Detail – Ensure text overlays, captions, and formatting are clean and consistent
✅ Project Tools – Work within Trello, Slack, and Google Drive to manage tasks and feedback
✅ Growth Potential – For the right person, this role can expand into creative strategy, UGC coordination, and ad testing
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
✅ Experience: 2+ years editing short-form video content (ads preferred)
✅ Tools: Proficient in CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar (we mostly use Capcut)
✅ Languages: Conversational in English is a huge plus. We do have 2 Spanish speakers on the team
✅ Ad Editing: Experience editing videos specifically for conversions (not just aesthetics)
✅ Detail-Oriented: You catch typos, weird transitions, and audio sync issues before anyone else does
✅ Has worked in the affiliate lead gen space
