If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you Our client is undergoing a major transformation in Employee Listening, shifting from traditional engagement surveys to a real-time, automated listening approach. As an Employee Continuous Listening Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing this strategy on a global scale. Your Role : Assess & Benchmark : Analyze current listening mechanisms and compare with leading industry practices. Develop a Strategy : Define a robust Continuous Listening roadmap for the global workforce. Recommend Technologies : Evaluate tools such as Qualtrics, Workday, and propose the best-fit solutions. Plan the Implementation : Define the rollout strategy, risk assessments, and performance KPIs. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior HR leaders and IT teams to align expectations. Executive Presentation : Deliver a high-level strategic report to the leadership team. Ideal Candidate 5 years of experience in Employee Experience, Continuous Listening, or People Analytics. Hands-on knowledge of Qualtrics, Workday, or similar employee feedback tools. Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
