Your main purpose
HR Policies and Strategy Alignment: Continuously improve HR operational policies and processes to align with the Group's HR strategy and objectives.
Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with Hiring Managers and TA Ops to monitor recruitment progress for seasonal employees, ensuring timely and standard-compliant hiring. Oversee the pre-boarding, onboarding, hiring, and offboarding experiences, ensuring a high standard of service.
Employee Retention and Relations: Implement strategies to retain seasonal employees, enhance repeater rates for future seasons, and manage employee relations, including compliance with disciplinary procedures, adherence to company policies, and union interactions.
Employee Experience and Well-Being: Drive recognition programs, conduct satisfaction assessments (e.g., EESS), analyze turnover, and ensure optimal working conditions and a healthy environment for employees.
Compliance and Administrative Oversight: Manage employee contracts, payroll reconciliation, permits, visas, sick leaves, absenteeism, and performance appraisals, ensuring all processes are fair, consistent, and compliant with legal and organizational standards.
Operational Support and Reporting: Coordinate communication with seasonal employees, oversee HR activities, manage the HR budget, and provide detailed reports and insights based on HR data and KPIs to support strategic and operational goals.
What will you bring?
Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; proven experience in the use of HRM systems and tools.
Key Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills leading by example and comfortable working with data analytics translating HR KPIs into actionable HR strategies. Out-of-the-box thinking with a creative approach to challenges and the ability to embrace change.
Problem Solving and Productivity: Demonstrated ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work under pressure with strict deadlines, while solving problems proactively and anticipating challenges.
HR Expertise: Knowledge of Spanish labor law and a commitment to confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Employee-Centric Approach: Hands-on management style focusing on delivering high standards of employee experience through strong organizational and time-management skills. Should serve as role model to the rest of the team with the ability to effectively coach team members.
Experience and Education: 2-3 years in a similar role within a large-scale organization. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or in hospitality management will be considered a plus.
