The candidate will deal with the key decision makers across the media spectrum (Media Buying Agencies and Advertisers). We're seeking a candidate with strong team management qualities and demonstrated commercial skills. He will be in charge of a team of two Sales Accounts and will be responsible for growing his team in the short term.
Main Responsibilities
1. Create, implement, and own a sales pipeline.
2. Establish strong relationships both with media buying decision makers at media buying companies and with the main announcers/advertisers of his portfolio.
3. Close contracts with existing and new business clients (Media Buying Agencies announcers).
4. Work with internal teams to create opportunities based on client needs and ensure proper execution and delivery of those campaigns.
5. Coordinate with international sales team.
6. Travel when necessary to meet potential customers – frequent face-to-face interaction with decision makers expected.
7. Co-formulating account plans.
Skills Experience
1. 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position in digital services related sales (Technology and Data).
2. Ability to ensure execution and compliance of plans through negotiation/coordination.
3. Ability to instigate, negotiate and close deals.
4. Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and able to build strong internal and external relationships.
5. Persuasive communication skills.
6. Result driven attitude and a proven track record.
