We are currently looking for a Strategy and Partnerships Associate Europe, located in Spain, ready to join our regional team and be a rising star within Peak3 by further defining and executing on the European growth strategy as well as expanding our European partnership portfolio. You will be working on diverse projects across Europe (and potentially beyond), with strong support from our Europe Leadership team as well as our teams in Asia.
Your Role and Tasks
* Support on Strategy related topics including (but not limited to) : market research and support on defining the go-to-market for future geographical expansion beyond Europe and Asia, support on setting up the second nearshoring centre in Europe, support during Q4 on formulating, calculating and communicating the European FY2026 plans, occasional support to BD / Pre-Sales teams whenever there is a strategic component linked to a potential new client.
* CEO Office support including (but not limited to) : working on maintaining a scalable meeting and reporting structure for the EUR-team, support on continuous on-time and high-quality delivery of internal governance requirements (e.g., weekly-monthly-quarterly reports and Board materials), and supporting the EUR-Leadership team with high-quality documentation and materials on selected client engagements, key notes and public speeches.
* Take end-to-end ownership of expanding and structuring the Partnership portfolio of Peak3 in Europe, including (but not limited to) : building and expanding partner onboarding materials in collaboration with Pre-Sales, working on formulating Partnership renumeration models together with Business Development and Finance, onboarding new partners to the Peak3 ecosystem, working together with Marketing on lead generation activities with partners, and managing individual partner accounts on a monthly / bi-monthly basis supported by a scalable governance model.
* In collaboration with the Strategy and Partnerships Lead Europe, work on streamlining Partnership operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of lead generation activities, SI-related topics, cross departmental collaboration with global teams, and building a scalable and future-proof governance model and the right metrics that can support growth in the 2024-2029 Strategy window.
What you bring with you
* 3+ years of experience in a Consultancy / Partnerships / Business Development related function for a SaaS / technology business in Europe (global is a plus); experience in the insurance / insurtech industry is a clear plus
* Strong understanding of B2B SaaS principles, strategic planning, partnership management, and market trends in SaaS / technology
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English; fluency in at least one other major European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a clear plus
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills + the ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, cross-functional team environments across cultures, languages and time zones
* Strong experience in MS-Office suite for business reporting and planning purposes + CRM system experience (HubSpot experience is a plus)
* The ability and willingness to occasionally travel within Europe (between 5-10% of your time)
