We are looking for a collaborative, knowledgeable, passionate and driven Head of Operations to join our Madrid-based European Operations Center (EOC). This is a brand new role where you will play a crucial role in driving our company's processes by leading a team of project managers and customer support. You will establish best practices and streamline processes to support the Operations team.
Your responsibilities will include
* Lead the Operations team for Norway and Sweden from Madrid.
* Lead the delivery for PV installations according to Otovo's quality standards.
* Lead the resolution of technical challenges with installers and manufacturers.
* Ensure that Operations processes are followed and propose improvements to these processes.
* Ensure that the installed base is working properly and fix cases where it is not.
* Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure that our customers are up to date with their payments.
What is expected from you:
* +4 years of professional experience.
* Some experience in solar or battery storage is good to have.
* Proven experience in leading teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
* Dynamism, autonomy, accuracy, sense of prioritization and customer focus.
* Mastery of IT tools, especially CRM.
* Currently based in Madrid, Spain or willing to relocate.
* Swedish or Norwegian is good to have.
