A vacancy has arisen in Quintas Energy for an Administrative Accounting Technician with at least 33% of disability certification in our Seville Office.
Responsibilities:
1. Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses.
2. Maintain accounts payables and receivables.
3. Preparation of monthly and quarterly summaries.
4. Perform administrative support functions.
5. Dealing with suppliers, customers, and other departments.
6. Bank and petty cash reconciliation.
Minimum Requirements:
1. FP2 level in accounting - Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas.
2. B2 in English.
3. At least 1 year of proven experience in the related functions (invoices, bank and petty cash reconciliation, accounts payables and receivables).
4. Excellent communication skills over email and telephone.
5. Must be able to work in a team environment and in a client-facing role.
6. Must be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment.
7. Must have analytical, communication, and computer skills.
8. Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
9. Attention to detail.
10. Ability to meet deadlines.
11. Ability to solve problems, take responsibility and start adding value to the team immediately.
