MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDefine a framework contract for new MSAs and ensure its deployment within the whole Cellnex group.Develop and implement strategies for standardizing MSA terms and conditions across markets to streamline processes and reduce complexity.Define conditions of the new MSAs or their renewals and of large contracts with Key Customers Giving, supporting the Group and Country Sales teams.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to align on contract terms, ensuring that all relevant perspectives are considered.In close collaboration with Commercial Development, simulate numeric calculations of multiple scenarios to take key decisions within the negotiation process.Control the MSA compliance within the Cellnex group: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to monitor compliance with MSA terms, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance.Lead all MSA related topics, in coordination with Customer & Technical Operations team (or any other corporate team related), in charge of consolidating all inputs from different areas (SLAs management, Energy Recharge, etc)In close collaboration with Finance BP, perform cost benefit analysis in relation to SLAsJointly with the Product Development team, analyse any customer request or claim that can impact current MSA in place.Manage and develop the MSA Management team, being responsible for their development and professional growth and accountable for the impact on economical results, strategies and company’s image.CANDIDATE PROFILEAcademic Profile:Education: University degree in Business, Law, Contracts Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or JD) preferred.Languages:English -> Must-have -> AdvancedSpanish -> Desirable -> AdvancedAny other Cellnex language -> Valuable -> IntermediateSoftware Tools:MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) -> Must-have -> AdvancedRelevant Experience:8+ years of experience in contract management, legal, or commercial roles, ideally within telecom, infrastructure, or a TowerCo environment.Proficiency in contract management software and tools; strong understanding of telecom infrastructure agreements, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Deep understanding of telecom industry dynamics, TowerCo business models, and financial drivers for infrastructure agreements.Meticulous approach to contract terms and compliance, ensuring all details align with company policies and objectives.Dedicated to meeting the needs of telecom clients through effective contract terms and prompt resolution of issues.Ability to analyse contract terms, financial implications, and regulatory impacts, making data-driven recommendations.Skilled at building relationships across departments, facilitating smooth contract execution.Please share your CV in English-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------About usBe part of a large and growing technology company that is redefining the future of telecoms.We are the European leader in telecommunications infrastructure and technological innovation, a company with strong geographic expansion and ambitious plans for sustainable global growth.We help people connect and interact with the world, working with passion, honesty and integrity.
