About the Role
We are seeking an Admin and Accounting Specialist to join the Finance team of our client, in the heart of Barcelona.
This is a stable position, ideal for someone with a background in administration or accounting, who is looking for a flexible and collaborative work environment.
The role involves supporting the Finance department with a variety of tasks, from managing invoices to assisting in daily operations.
You'll be joining a dynamic team of four professionals and one intern, with the opportunity to grow and develop in an international setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming invoices: registration, follow-up, and control.
* Assist in subledger accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and asset management.
* Prepare and contribute to the creation of financial reports.
* Execute and support payment processes.
* Coordinate and manage ad-hoc administrative requests.
* Ensure smooth collaboration with other areas of the Finance department.
What We're Looking For
* Education: Vocational training or undergraduate degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
* Experience: At least 1 year in accounting and/or administrative roles.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Good English.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
