What you’ll do
The Cyber Security Program Manager for EU Markets is accountable for coordinating cyber security delivery activities for the relevant countries and operating companies, including engaging the local cyber and technology teams. They will report to the Head of Cyber Security EU Markets. They will provide support to the security leads in the local markets within the EU markets and manage concurrent priorities with the central Cyber team. They will also be responsible for leading the Cyber Center of Excellence across EU Markets, a strategic portfolio of cyber projects with the underlying objective to “build once and deploy many”.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
* Continuous monitoring of local market security improvement actions, tracking status and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders.
* Build strong and effective relationships with local security leadership, Group leadership and key business stakeholders.
* Support the delivery of cyber security improvement projects in local markets by interacting with and managing concurrent priorities.
* Provide guidance to security and technology staff on security controls good practice, coordinate knowledge sharing between EU Markets teams.
* Drive progress on key cyber security initiatives in the Cyber Center of Excellence.
* Coordinate weekly meetings with EU Cluster Heads of Cyber.
* Support budget clarifications related to Cyber Security Baseline initiatives.
* Promote re-use of tools and processes across the cluster markets.
