Position Title: Sales Coordinator & Business DevelopmentLocation: Alcobendas (Madrid)Department: SalesReports To: Sales DirectorEmployment Type: Full-Time Job Overview:We are looking for an organized, dynamic, and proactive Sales Coordinator & Business Development professional to assist and collaborate with our European Sales Team. In this dual role, you will support the team with daily sales activities while also playing an integral part in identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and fostering client relationships across European markets in the Consumer Electronics Sector. Your responsibilities will include coordinating sales processes, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth through strategic development efforts. Key Responsibilities:- Sales Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the European Sales Team, including preparing sales presentations, tracking client information, and assisting with communication and follow-ups. - Order Management: Oversee and track sales orders for European clients, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery. Work closely with logistics, customer service, and other teams to resolve issues and meet customer needs. - Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients and the sales team, handling inquiries, providing detailed product information, and ensuring excellent customer service during and after the sales process. - Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, compile regular updates, and analyze trends. Assist in developing sales strategies based on market insights and sales data. - Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, product demos, sales calls, and other activities for the European team. Maintain accurate calendars to ensure smooth scheduling and operational efficiency. - CRM Management: Manage and update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems, track leads, and ensure follow-ups to maximize conversion rates. - Business Development: Identify new business opportunities across European markets by researching potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities. Assist in lead generation, outreach, and qualification of prospects. - Market Expansion: Support the development of market entry strategies, collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand presence, and assist in adapting offerings to meet the needs of diverse European markets. - Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients and partners to foster long-term business growth and enhance sales pipeline. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and client satisfaction. Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field preferred.- Experience: +5 years of experience in sales, business development, or administrative support, ideally in an international or European sales environment on the Consumer Electronics Sector.
