For one of our main IT customers based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager profile to create, drive and execute marketing projects and programs in the Mediterranean region.
General Data:
* Type of contract: Indefinite
* Hours: 09:00h. - 18:00h. (40 hours)
* Location: Madrid (Hybrid 2 days in office)
* Start Date: ASAP
* Salary range: 38K - 40K
Key Tasks:
* Work closely with multiple stakeholders, communicating and setting expectations for deliverables.
* Manage a high volume of tasks within a tight timeframe.
* Submit weekly reports on time to enable team to deliver, whilst showing great attention to detail on repetitive tasks and large quantity data.
* Show an understanding of integrated marketing with a holistic approach.
Site content:
* Coordinate A/B testing together with merchandising team.
* Coordinate content update and prioritization with Merchandising team.
* Coordinate end to end execution of marketing activities in accordance with centralized online store category management, demand generation, e-mail and social marketing teams.
* Review localization of all assets.
* Create, manage and coordinate marketing calendars in Italy.
Demand generation:
* Work in collaboration with stakeholders on the Demand Generation team to grow and optimize traffic to online store.
* Support assets review and localization.
* Audit campaigns and report bugs through appropriate channels and tools.
* Maximize referrals to Store from O&O sites through partnership and alignment with O&O stakeholders.
* Drive the local emailing program.
Products, service and programs launch Management:
* Support product launches deployment and coordinate go-to-market activities.
* Ensure best in class products content/messaging and customer journey flow in coordination with Merchandizing team to drive higher conversion rate and average order value.
* Ensure optimal customer experience to grow the Net Promoter Score and satisfaction through all available levers (optimization of product pages and buying tips, development of customers Ratings & Reviews, site search tool optimization, identification and corrections of errors.
* Partner with CSS teams to understand and deliver geo voice of customers insights.
* Provide weekly benchmarks of Managed Retail pricing and offers.
* Provide ad-hoc benchmark of Managed Retail merchandising and demand generation activities.
* Provide ad-hoc benchmark of key competitors.
Analytics & Reporting:
* Store performance tracking using Adobe Analytics.
* Execute weekly core KPIs analysis on key product categories and product launches.
* Provide performance reports including insights and recommendations.
Candidate Requirements:
* 3+ Years in similar position ecommerce (following graduation).
* Master´s degree strongly preferred (or Bachelor´s degree with a strong experience profile).
* Use of analytics software.
* Italian native speaker, fluent/bilingual English, other languages are a plus.
* Strong grammar translations between languages.
