Our Planning and Fulfillment HUB in Europe is looking for a: HUB Product Line Planning & Fulfillment Expert. Currently, the P&F HUB provides services to Power Transformers, Insulation and Components, and Distribution Transformers. Working very closely with the designated factories (6 at the same time), we aim to reinforce maturity in processes for Planning and Fulfillment. Currently, the business is pushing to increase the maturity level in the Sales and Operations Planning process. On-site support would be needed.
How you will make an impact:
* Consistent support and review of the unconstrained demand plan and finished goods rationalization in close coordination with relevant functions. Measure, report, and drive improvement of demand planning accuracy; and coherence in the graph Load vs. Capacity.
* Facilitate with the local team the S&OP review meetings; ensuring coherence with the guidelines of the S&OP process.
* Engage closely with the P&F structures in the assigned locations to clarify roles and responsibilities and empower communication synergies among the value chain.
* Detect and train the P&F local team in management information and proactive communication to respond diplomatically to customer requests concerning current orders.
* Walk with the P&F team through their processes to ensure that factories transition from firefighting to preventive measures.
* Act as an agent of control during crisis situations, implementing countermeasures and orienting solutions through proper root cause analysis to avoid recurring issues.
* Support and promote the forecast material process.
* Work internally with the assigned factories to advance toward digitalization solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
* A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Organizational Systems, Strategic Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
* Planning and Fulfillment Manager background required.
* Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is required.
* Good time management and task prioritization, high level of self-motivation, curiosity, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
* Team player, ready to engage across different countries with high accountability, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, high attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality long-term solutions.
