Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our office in Orihuela Costa - Alicante to be a part of our innovative and multicultural team. The Operations Supervisor is the main link between our company and current/potential customers having initial contact with them. He/she interacts with customers with high professionalism and acts as a filter.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
* Establishing primary contact with customers who send inquiries.
* Identifying customers’ needs and wants, clarifying and filtrating information of the inquiry.
* Using CRM to distribute the inquiries to Sales Agents, log, and track inquiries.
* Handling live chat on our websites.
Qualifications
* Excellent command of the English and Spanish languages.
* Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Good communication, coordination, and execution skills.
* Serious work ethic, a strong sense of responsibility, and the courage to accept challenges.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Excellent listener and team player.
* Eligible to work in Spain.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 09.00-18.00 (lunch break 13.00-15.00); Saturday 10.00-15.00.
