* Identify market opportunities and lead efforts to drive product and service adoption across the region.
* Monitor and analyze regional sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
* Set clear sales targets and expectations for team members.
* Provide coaching and training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
* Negotiate and close large-scale contracts.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
* Monitor regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
* Identify potential threats and opportunities in the market.
* Gather customer feedback to refine product offerings and service levels.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
* Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, product offerings, and customer support.
* Coordinate with other regional directors to share best practices and align on company-wide goals.
Reporting & Forecasting:
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
* Track regional performance metrics, including sales revenue, pipeline activity, and team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience:
o Proven experience as a Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, or similar role.
o A minimum of 7 years in sales management, preferably in healthcare.
o Experience in leading and developing sales teams.
* Skills:
o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and drive results.
o Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
o Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales analytics tools.

* Education:
