Responsibilities
1. Be a regional technical reference for Yara Solutions, clarifying doubts and helping with the implementation of value propositions, ensuring correct technical positioning for focal crops in the area responsibility: Morocco, ALgeria, Tunisia and Libia.
2. Create and execute a Yara Solutions demand generation plan for the region of responsibility.
3. Implement and follow up on the demand generation plan with precision, quality, and quantity.
4. Develop, implement, and communicate the local value proposition and product positioning for Yara Solutions.
5. Support the distributors in differentiating and defending the value proposition of Yara Solutions.
6. Execute demand generation actions not only at the distribution level but also at the end-user level.
7. Together with the Yara Iberian team, identify the key players in the Yara Solutions business and establish an action plan for each of them.
8. Collaborate with regional teams.
Profile
9. Market Development experience, around 3-5 years.
10. Previous experience in Agchem.
11. Good understanding of market dynamics.
12. Fluency in French and English (mandatory). Spanish and/or Arabic is a plus.
13. Availability to travel regularly, mainly within the area of responsibility and occasionally abroad.
14. Proactive and initiative-taking.
15. Communication skills.
16. Strategic thinking and business-oriented.
17. Representative of Yara’s values: collaboration, responsibility, ambition, and curiosity.
18. Valid driver’s license.
