We generate 150+ million EUR in turnover with strong profitability and are owned by the Nordic private equity company Axcel.At The Nutriment Company, we have a highly motivated, ambitious, and fun team that aspires to take our company to the next level, as we expand rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions across Europe.The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on and solution-oriented Financial Controller to join our team at Puromenu in Cabanillas del Campo.In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial and administrative processes at Puromenu from A to Z. You will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial management.You will also be part of the central finance team at TNC, working closely with financial controllers across Europe. Together, you will contribute to the harmonization and continuous improvement of financial processes across the group.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management- Responsible for input and output of the accounting system- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports- Monitor and manage cashflow- Develop and manage budgets and support forecasting activitiesCompliance & Coordination- Ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations- Act as a liaison between the company and the external accounting firm on accounting, tax, and payroll matters- Manage relationship with the external accounting firm- Coordinate audits and support internal control initiativesBusiness Partnering- Act as a finance partner to operational departments (e.G., production, warehouse)- Implement and maintain internal control systems to mitigate financial and operational risks- Conduct variance and KPI analysis to support performance improvementGroup Collaboration- Work closely with the central TNC finance team- Contribute to the harmonization of financial processes across the groupYour Profile- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field- 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role- Experience working with external accounting firms (Big 4 experience is a plus)- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis- Strong team player- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and solution-oriented- Fluent in written and spoken English and SpanishYour applicationIf you believe Puromenu and The Nutriment Company is for you, please send us your resume already today and no later than April 25thInterviews take place continuously and the position may be filled before the application deadline.For questions, please contact:📧 Magda Kayali, Managing Director – magda.kayali@nutriment.com📧 Mette Schneider, Head of HR – mette.schneider@nutriment.comwe look forward to receiving your application!
