Reporting to: New Product Launch Manager
Job profile: A New Product Launch officer will be responsible for its own portfolio, where each project shall be analysed and delivered as per agreed terms/timelines/signed contracts. The NPL officer shall follow up all the purchase order process since it has been placed until it is delivered, by providing all necessary approvals/requirements to respective teams. Understanding of registration procedure is key to define the best launch strategy and align with the customer on its terms and conditions.
Job Role and Key Responsibilities
* Portfolio responsibility as per agreed budget.
* Portfolio analysis product/customer vise.
* Each project status/requirements in time.
* End to end Order processing: order entry, acknowledgment, communicate to the plant, provide all requirements.
* Product/customer correct set up in the system as per signed contracts/agreements.
* Coordinate planning and manufacturing on time.
* Follow the process until the goods are delivered at destination.
* Coordinate with EU sites if required (secondary packaging/testing/release/import).
* Keep customer informed about project status.
* Local system update Sales, project status, regional reports on a monthly basis.
* Weekly updates between commercial office and plants.
* Consolidated demands/timelines.
* System alignment between commercial office and the plant.
* Being part of operational meetings/regular project updates internal (internal departments) and external (customer/CMO/EU Lab).
* Coordinate pending activities between all the departments, to meet common goal: deliver on time and in full.
* Customer complaints: Acknowledging to the customer and following it up.
* Monitor forecasts to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
* Help to implement new or improved supply chain processes.
Person Specification
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply chain/Customer service.
* Experience in Pharma sector.
* Experience in project management would be a plus.
* Fluent in English and Spanish is a must (written/spoken).
* MS Office knowledge.
* SAP basic skills.
