T Support Technician
The T Support Technician is responsible for monitoring 24x7 all production systems and ensuring the highest uptime availability. This person is in charge of reporting, escalating, and following up on system outages to the proper engineering team. The NOC team is responsible for starting incident call bridges and documenting incident reports.
The team is the first line of contact for any production issues with end users and business, providing support that includes identifying and troubleshooting issues related to first level support.
What we need from you:
1. User support: remote and on-site support (connect remotely to other computers in the Europe division).
2. Microsoft System Administration: basic level.
3. Manage Active Directory: create accounts, users, groups, and distribution lists.
4. Exchange: Acknowledge user email administration.
5. Provide support outside the Madrid division.
6. Experience with ticketing system tools (Manage Engine and Jira).
7. Phone support for internal users.
8. Acknowledge an Infrastructure (basic level).
Also:
1. High level of English.
2. Acknowledge an Infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Servers, Workstations, and Printers).
3. Acknowledge microcomputing.
4. Availability to provide on-duty support and overtime.
