Mission and Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition, Retention and Loyalty Building
2. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification
3. Product Expertise and Solution Development
4. Proposal and Contract Negotiation
5. Technical Support Coordination
6. Feedback Collection and Product Improvement Suggestions
7. Collaboration with Marketing and R&D Teams
8. Participation in Industry Events and Trade Shows
9. Commercial management of CRM/ERP
10. Monitoring and filtering of public tenders offers
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Business Administration or Similar.
2. 2-4 years professional experience
3. Sales Strategies and Techniques
4. Analytical and Decision-Making Skills
5. Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
6. Market Analysis and Business Experience
7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
8. HubSpot Knowledge
9. Travel Willingness
10. Technical knowledge in automation or other technologies
