Integrated marketing and creative agency is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Performance team.
We are in search of a dynamic, outcome-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills to become a part of our performance marketing team.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with our clients and team members to formulate strategies and oversee the everyday management of our paid social, search, and display initiatives.
You'll present our clients with insightful, actionable advice and proactively offer solutions that will assist them in achieving growth in the short, medium, and long term.
Responsibilities
1. Development of overall media investment and expansion strategies of cross-channel digital campaigns.
2. Optimize campaigns on a daily basis across creative, bidding, audience data sets and daily budget management.
3. Active collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. data, marketing, design, technical) in assessing campaign briefs and execution of day-to-day tactics that increase traffic, leads, revenue and ROAS.
4. Creating actionable audiences and tailored messaging.
5. Crafting and evaluating campaign performance of well-defined KPI's, learning and iterating based on results.
What should you bring
1. 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, shopping), preferably on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
2. 3+ years of experience managing programmatic campaigns on DV360.
3. Good understanding of analytics, tracking solutions and attribution models.
4. Ability to leverage data from different sources, and translate it into actionable insights to help you optimize campaigns.
5. Working knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio is desirable.
6. Great communication skills to deliver clear, actionable and relevant insights to both clients and internal stakeholders (data story-telling).
7. English-speaker (C2 or native) - ESSENTIAL.
