Position:OCC MANAGER. Reporting to the flight operations nominated person will perform oversight of daily crewing, flight planning, flight watch and flight support, ACMI sales and coordination and communication with clients and operational disruption management of a fleet of 5 aircraft operating in Europe, North Africa, and Eastern Europe. Requirements: 10 year Flight dispatcher minimum experience. Experience as OCC manager it’s a plus but not essentialThe successful candidate ideally has a background in OCC/Dispatch/Flight watch in a passenger airline or business operator. Good knowledge of English it’s a must; Spanish it’s a plus.European passport.Pilot license or engineering degree it’s a plus.Skills and acknowledge: Advanced Computer skills and use of IT products in a flight operations environment Knowledge of airline and corporate flight operations. Airport/ATC AIROPS regulations. Knowledge of airport facilities. Aircrew duty (duty day and crewing requirements). Maintenance (dispatch limits for aircraft/MEL). Aircraft Scheduling and Ground operations. Knowledge of Jeppesen flight planning system will be a bonus.Knowledge of EASA regulations.Responsibilities:• To develop planning, dispatch, and operational control procedures • To plan, develop, and maintain a system that allows for the preparation of flight plans and the updating of the aeronautical information necessary for each flight • Establish procedures for restoring the flight schedule when operational deviations occur.• To maintain a system compliant with the company manuals and EASA regulations• Management of OCC staff • Responsible for managing and controlling the training of their personnel.
