* Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved.
* Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential.
* Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM.
* Increase customer satisfaction.
* Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends.
* Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities.
* Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code.
About You
* +3 years of sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
* Knowledge and experience in the Fitness & Sport Industry.
* Degree in Business Administration, Sales or similar.
* Experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
