You will be in charge of the deployment and optimization of features and services within our webshop and mobile app. You will coordinate the Go-To-Market process including training in new features, country release presentations and UX improvements.You will optimize usage of existing (not just new) product features and ensure usage of all the market valuable functionalities and advantages.You will work on product/project plans and requirement concepts. You will manage all the activities allocated to the product as well as manage communication with the central German Product consulting Team and other countries when necessary.You will participate in regular product roadmap presentations led by the headquarters. You will provide information about local market strategy and market specifics, as well as feature usage.You will be in charge of improvements in the user experience (UX), identifying problems in applications and participating in proposing solutions.You will support the maintenance of visual coherence of the website (e.g. font size, title formats, image treatment) in accordance with brand guidelines.WHAT YOU WILL DO (Responsibilities):Act as the main point of contact for the central German Product team and internal departments in terms of Web & App.Set up and manage local requirements, including business cases, technical and functional needs, and presentations.Maintain the highest level of information on the product and its features and act as a knowledge base for internal departments and the central German Product team.Ensure that features developed globally are properly usable and adaptable in the country, in coordination with the central German Product team and the local Product and Operations teams.Generate the different white labels or partnershops used by the promoters, with the support of the rest of the E-commerce team.Generate and maintain the different landing pages used for specific Marketing campaigns, with the support of the rest of the E-commerce & Product team.Work cross-functionally to manage project constraints or bottlenecks, provide appropriate escalation, anticipate and make delivery trade-offs, and balance business requirements versus technical constraints.Review functional/technical requirements from clients and tenders and potentially clarify the feasibility of the requested features within the respective internal and central departments.Act as the key contact for training from the central German Product team on new features and products and subsequently serve as a "multiplication" agent towards the local organization.Organize, coordinate, and produce internal training for new products and features, including translated release notes.Support the marketing/commercial/operations department in the country with the communication of new features to the market and the best usage of them in terms of UX.You will stay up to date with the best practices in web & app trends, especially in the ticketing industry.WHAT WE EXPECT TO FIND IN YOU (Requirements):Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant disciplines related to Web & App.Knowledge of the industry and applicable markets and the respective competitor solutions (3 + years of proven experience as a consultant or Webmaster in the ticketing or E-commerce industry).Ability to translate business needs into product requirements.Ability to communicate technical issues and features to a non-technical audience.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using Google Analytics daily.Understanding of agile product management and UX.Proficiency in JIRA usage.Basic business theory knowledge to communicate cross-functionally between local stakeholders and management and provide best-in-class business cases for product development requirements.Excellent communication skills.Team player.English language business fluent (written and spoken).WHAT WE OFFER (Benefits):Permanent contract.Competitive salary.Enjoy flexible work hours, with flexible entry and exit times, summer intensive schedule, and reduced hours every Friday throughout the year.Working environment with autonomy and supported by a dynamic and international team of highly skilled people who are passionate about live entertainment, product innovation, E-commerce and technology.Access training plans to boost your professional development.Hybrid work model: you'll have the opportunity to work from home two days a week.The possibility to have free tickets to attend live events.Free coffee and fruit in the office.Restaurant tickets.Intensive summer working hours (July-August) + Friday afternoons.Medical and dental insurance.
