The Position
The Internal Communication Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies within the organization, fostering a collaborative environment, and aligning employees with the organization's mission and values. She / He will report directly to the Human Resources Director for Daiichi Sankyo Spain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Development and Execution of Internal Communication Strategies:
Design and implement internal communication plans aligned with corporate objectives.
Ensure the consistency of internal messages with the company's vision, mission, and values.
2. Content Management and Development:
Create, edit, and distribute announcements, newsletters, and other internal materials.
Develop content for internal digital platforms (intranet, corporate social networks).
3. Communication Channels Management:
Oversee and optimize internal communication channels to ensure they are effective and accessible.
Implement tools that facilitate communication between departments.
4. Promotion of Organizational Culture:
Foster a culture of open and transparent communication.
Organize internal events, such as meetings, workshops, and celebrations, to strengthen team cohesion.
5. Research and Evaluation:
Conduct surveys and analysis to assess the effectiveness of internal communication, measuring the impact of internal communication initiatives through relevant KPIs.
Propose improvements based on obtained results.
6. Crisis Management:
Collaborate in managing internal communication during crisis situations, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
Work together with other departments to ensure that communication is aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
7. Manage and contribute to local, European, or global projects within the area of responsibility.
8. Manage other HR projects according to operational needs.
9. Liaison with the European Internal Communication Team:
Participate in monthly meetings and internal communication events.
Locally transmit and implement European and global communications and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
* Previous experience in internal communication (minimum 3 years).
* Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
* Knowledge of communication tools and project management.
* Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
* High level of English.
* Strategic and creative thinking.
* Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
* Proactivity and ability to manage multiple tasks.
