Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the sale of consumer electronics.
Advanced level of English.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong commercial and organizational skills.
Proven experience in Marketplaces (e.g., Mirakl, Octopia, etc.).
Additional Valued Skills:
Experience with Business Central (Microsoft).
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Jungle Scout, Sellics, Helium 10, Shopkeeper, Minderest, CMS, etc.
Additional languages are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the company's E-commerce and Marketplaces Manager in achieving overall business targets.
List the product portfolio across all available Marketplaces in the consumer electronics sector (Media Markt, Fnac, Worten, Miravia, etc.).
Monitor, optimize content, and improve product ratings on various online platforms.
Provide phone-based commercial support to customers for account setup, issue resolution, and order management.
Identify and prospect new online customers.
Stay up to date with software trends, data insights, and online market developments.
Support extranet management for distribution channels and direct sales - NTV.
Assist in maintaining the corporate website.
Provide analytical sales reports for online sales.
Optimize search engine performance (SEO), PPC, and CMS.
