We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Lead Digital Strategist to join our team as Member #2 and play a pivotal role in building up and leading an international top team of exceptional talents, shaping the consulting methodology, and delivering high-impact projects, and driving client success.

Focus for 2025:
* H1: Build methodological playbooks, tool infrastructure, and templates. Scope and deliver the first projects and workshops.
* H2: Execute three high-impact projects and workshops. Develop an AI tool strategy and refine methodologies for private equity clients. Strengthen team capabilities and feedback structures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Unit Leadership: Identify market opportunities and develop actionable solutions to grow our customer base. Lead workshops and strategic initiatives for client organizations to win projects. Constantly scan the environment for new solutions and technologies to evolve our delivery capabilities and service portfolio. Contribute to building the AI tool strategy helping to automate and improve parts of our day-to-day work and delivery capacities.
* Team Development: Support in recruiting and mentoring team members. Build a feedback culture and create an environment for personal growth and team scaling.
* Project Management: Lead and coordinate up to 2 projects simultaneously. Own project budgets, KPIs, and timelines. Manage senior and junior consultants in cross-functional teams. Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
* Business, Product and Venture Building Projects: Scope projects and develop compelling proposals and pitch decks. Drive growth strategies including product development, go-to-market approaches and business model innovation for clients. Provide expertise in optimizing core business processes through automation and AI for clients.
* Methodological Backbone Development: Design and implement methodological playbooks and toolkits. Build templates and frameworks for repeatable success. Enhance consulting processes and ensure scalability.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in consulting, start- or grown-up, venture building with focus product development, management and strategy. Proven track record in delivering complex projects and leading client engagements. Generalist with a strong foundation in product management, go-to-market strategies.
Skills & Expertise: Excellent methodological knowledge; capable of creating and improving frameworks. Strong understanding of consulting environments and client dynamics. Technical literacy to engage in tech-driven projects (AI, automation, etc.). Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in business development and crafting tailored client solutions. Fluent in English, optimally strong in German and/or Spanish.
Characteristics: Results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. Passion for innovation, growth, and driving tangible impact. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany.
