The Role
This Iberia Commercial Director position is located in Madrid, Spain and requires working 25% in the field and 75% on developing sales & marketing programs.
Core Job Responsibilities:
* Set targets and objectives for sales performance.
* Monitor District Sales Managers' performance and follow up where necessary.
* Establish sales force KPIs monthly.
* Coordinate market intelligence and field performance.
* Monitor regional engagement and account plans outcomes.
* Ensure support for Salesforce teams.
* Influence key stakeholders' opinions.
* Develop skills of the sales team through training and coaching.
* Motivate multidisciplinary teams and communicate ANI strategy.
* Utilize resources effectively and collaborate with other roles.
* Train Salesforce in new ways of working.
* Develop National Sales plan and monitor sales reps KPIs.
* Influence key stakeholders' opinions as per ANI strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
* University degree.
* Experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably including sales.
* Excellent knowledge of English.
* Prior Business or Marketing qualification.
* Demonstrated experience in managing people.
* Therapy area and market experience.
