Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding new clients to ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
* Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive customer loyalty.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
* Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes with our products.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements.
* Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention rates.
Requirements:
* Native Dutch speaker with B2 level proficiency in English.
* Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
* Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
