We are now looking for a Business Controller Sales & Marketing supporting the EMEIA Sales and Marketing leadership team. You will have a broad network cross-functionally and will be working closely with the regional Sales manager and subarea managers on realization of the sales goals, creating the regional sales tactics and execution.
Additionally, you will be providing the global business controller S&M with supporting financial planning and analyses for the global business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial business partner for the EMEIA Sales and Marketing leader.
2. Prepare budget and forecast for the region on revenue, expenses and profitability.
3. Evaluate new business opportunities.
4. Work together with the commercial excellence team on standardizing deal structuring and pricing models.
5. Consolidate and provide financial analysis of S&M performance and KPI’s.
6. Prepare and support in financial presentations for stakeholders.
7. Continuously standardize, develop and digitize the reporting & analysis process for S&M with ambition to provide insights upfront.
8. Review and coordinate S&M bonus calculation process.
9. Provide adhoc analysis as needed.
We Think That You Have
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or related area.
2. At a minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
3. Strong communications skills in English, verbally and in writing.
4. Self-starter with excellent analytical skills.
5. A structured manner and the ability to make things happen.
6. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced international environment.
7. Collaborative and team player.
You will be reporting to the Global Business controller S&M and be located preferably in Valencia, Spain with second preference our office in Gothenburg, Sweden.
