With this in mind, we’re looking for a passionate and motivated Account Manager who will help us continue our relationship with current customers and also introduce our company to potential new customers who can benefit from our services.
You’ll achieve this taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs, then illustrating how our solutions solve their problems and add value.
The ideal candidate is someone friendly, outgoing, great at building trust, and who understands that sales is about building long-lasting relationships.

Your exciting day-to-day activities will include:
- Reaching out to our existing prospects and leads through our CRM and create your own leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Creating video presentations using Loom or Vidyard to present our solutions to prospects in a fun and interactive way.
- Making live demos of our Clients’ Portal to show potential customers how our solutions and technology make their life easier.
- Presenting each customer´s needs to our operations and quality teams to determine how we can best align our solutions with their unique requirements.
- Presenting personalised solutions and offers to customers and following up with these proposals in a timely manner.
- Preparing marketing materials that encapsulate the essence of our solutions and get businesses excited about working with us.
- Coming up with your own ideas for generating new business opportunities.

Skills that’ll make us do a happy dance:
- Experience in business development in an international environment (points if you can say “Hello” in more than two languages!).
- Fluent English (C2) and bonus points for French, German, or Dutch.
- Top-notch communication skills (written and oral) that’ll wow us.
