The role
As an HR Business Partner in a fast-growing startup, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting our expanding team. In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources. Working closely with management, you will help design and implement HR initiatives in all areas, foster a culture of engagement, and develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
This is an exciting opportunity to build from scratch and refine HR processes in a rapidly scaling company.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our growth. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize the hiring process
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
* Manage HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor regulations
* Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns, fostering engagement, and driving initiatives to enhance workplace culture
* Work with leadership to develop performance review processes, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback mechanisms
* In charge and owner of administrative tasks and employee experience in onboarding and off-boarding processes
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment
* Strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
* Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance best practices.
* Experience managing employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms is a plus.

* Temporary contract as this is a maternity leave sustitution but with the opportunity to continue with a fixed contract based on performance
