YOUR TASKS
1. Technical and disciplinary management of the Spare Parts Material Management Team (PM/EPC)
2. Responsible for the team results and the ongoing optimization and redesign of processes
3. Management of strategically relevant and cross-departmental projects
4. Knowledge management and technical support for employees
5. Supply of the worldwide construction sites with necessary replacement materials
6. Interface activity between the PM/EPC function and the regions
7. Creation and tracking of project-relevant material orders in SAP
8. Monitoring and tracking of on-time deliveries and active management of potential bottlenecks and delays
9. Support of the local material identification of spare parts
10. Analyze and optimize the material stocks taking into account exchange groups, variants and historical consumption
11. Cooperation with the relevant, adjacent departments (e.g. Service Spare Parts Management, Production, Site Management) in operational and process-relevant issues
12. Creation of project-specific material management plans
13. Participation in material-relevant coordination meetings
YOUR PROFILE
14. Completed studies (e.g. industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering, business administration, etc.) or commercial / technical training with further qualification
15. Several years of relevant professional experience in the procurement or management of materials
16. At least 3 years management experience
17. Excellent knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office required
18. Very good written and spoken German and English, other languages would be an advantage
19. Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working, paired with a binding and appreciative behaviour
20. Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as intercultural competence
