As the Vice President of Sales for Europe, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution across the European market for our INFiLED screen products. This is a senior leadership role requiring a deep understanding of the AV and LED display market, a proven track record of sales leadership, and the ability to manage a high-performing sales team across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development and Execution
* Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Europe, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
* Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and establish a competitive sales strategy.
* Drive revenue growth through the identification of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing customer accounts.
Team Leadership and Development
* Lead, mentor, and manage the European sales team in Spain, France, Germany and The Netherlands, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
* Foster a high-performance culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and customer-focused solutions.
* Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Customer Relationships and Business Development
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including major distributors, system integrators, and end-users in the AV and LED screen markets.
* Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances, to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
* Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements with key clients.
Sales Operations and Reporting
* Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and sales plans to ensure revenue targets are met.
* Implement and refine sales processes, tools, and systems to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
* Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and team progress.
Market Insights and Industry Leadership
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to LED screens, AV solutions, and digital signage.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and generate new business leads.
* Act as a thought leader in the AV and LED screen industries, positioning the company as a leader in innovation and customer service.

Qualifications
Experience
* Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior sales leadership role in the AV, LED display, or related technology industries.
* Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and high-value deals in a B2B environment.
* Strong experience in developing and executing sales strategies across diverse European markets, with a focus on achieving aggressive growth targets.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Languages
* Fluency in English is required; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a multinational or global company.
* Strong network within the AV industry, specifically related to LED technology and digital displays.
* Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and other sales management software.
