Job Description:
The Inventory Management Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks related to inbound/outbound inventory and logistics across the Gallarta site. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) working Monday to Friday on-site.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Support the administrative inbound of Finished Goods manufactured on-site.
2. Assist in the cycle counting inventory process and the management of annual stock takings.
3. Assist in administrative tasks related to re-labeling, expiration date extensions, and other inventory adjustments.
4. Support administrative tasks related to KPI reporting (costs, volumes, service, etc.).
5. Assist in the administrative management in SAP of inventory movements between European warehouses to ensure a consistent supply of ink to Sun Chemical’s customers.
6. Organize urgent transports (FEDEX, TNT, air freights, urgent vans) to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of orders to final customers.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
1. Background in administration or a related field.
2. Customer service experience.
3. Previous experience in supply planning/inventory management/logistics in a production environment would be advantageous.
4. Advanced Excel user: Strong knowledge and experience working with Excel.
5. High proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
