We are looking for a Recruiter with good knowledge of German to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team based in Sevilla.
What You'll Do
1. Collaborate with operations leaders to understand their recruitment needs and required profiles.
2. Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sources, such as database searches, social networks, job websites, and personal contacts.
3. Conduct initial and technical interviews to assess candidate suitability.
4. Evaluate and assess candidates to ensure an appropriate cultural and technical fit.
5. Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide an excellent candidate experience.
6. Work closely with the Human Resources team to coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
7. Provide regular reports on the status of recruitment processes to leadership teams.
8. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
What You'll Bring
1. Solid 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in operational environments within the EMEA region.
2. Deep knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing methods. Effective interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates' skills and experience.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
4. Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and company leaders. Results-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of recruitment regulations and privacy policies in the EMEA region.
6. Proficiency in using applicant tracking tools and systems (ATS).
