JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced tools that would facilitate the management and tracking of specific margin components (Supplier overrides, Client overrides, Reverse overrides) which help the teams to fully control, report, track, accrue and invoice their perimeter.
This role will also support the total profitability process in maintaining and improving processes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and maintain forecasting models to support margin components estimations
* Develop advanced tools that will be used to track, report, and check the performance of the company’s profitability
* Maintains and controls existing advanced developments that are used within Financial Performance to control, report and track the profitability
* Support the implementation of near real-time pricing decision tools
* Collaborate with finance teams to provide analytical support for forecasting
* Build and maintain automated reporting solutions for profitability performance tracking
* Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions
Skills
* Master’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, or related field
* Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
* Programming skills in SQL and Snowflake (4+ years required)
* Programming skills in python (preferred)
* Experience with statistical analysis (required)
* Experience with data visualization tool (Tableau) (required)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
* Fluent English, both written and verbal
* Strong desire to continuously learn and apply cutting-edge data analytics techniques and methodologies (DBT, Python, Machine Learning, etc.)
Experience:
* Minimum 2-3 years in commercial analysis, business analysis, pricing analysis or related analytical role, including leading a project.
* Experience in presenting analysis and insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
* Hands-on analytical experience and leading a project.
