Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of clients in the German market.
* Identify client needs and provide strategic marketing solutions to meet business objectives.
* Advise on marketing strategies, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and online performance optimization.
* Upsell and cross-sell marketing and advertising solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
* Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities in the German market.
* Build long-term relationships with clients by offering consultative support and maintaining high levels of service.
Requirements:
* Language: Native or fluent German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1 level).
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting roles. Background in B2B environments is a strong advantage.
* Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is preferred. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
