ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all Growatt product technical support in SpainRemote technical support for product issues via telephone calls, email, and social communication software or APPs.Field services include onsite inspection & repair, inverter swap & fitting, inverter maintenance, and customer visits.Collect product failures, output feedback on major quality issues, and coordinate with staff in HQ to improve product quality.Work reports, troubleshooting documentation and comply with companyQualifications1. Power electronics major preferred, preferably in the photovoltaic industry2. Ability to learn multi-series products quickly3. Spanish is mandatory4. Strong communication skills5. Adaptable to frequent business trips, hard-working, able to work under high pressure, and willing to contribute to the company.6. Familiar with basic instrumentation such as multi-meter, 485 tool etc.7. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong ability to implement goals and plans.
