Position: Channel and Account Manager (M/F/d) FTIR / Raman / NIR Spectroscopies
Location: Home office-based role in Spain.
Travel: 30-50% travel time mainly in Iberia.
Division Summary: The Materials & Structural Analysis Division (MSD) provides a diverse mix of analytical instruments and associated services to a broad range of end-user markets including Pharma, Chemistry, Environmental, Food Safety, Energy, Life Sciences, and Recycling.
Its instruments are deployed in R&D, Quality Inspection, and Process Monitoring, where customers put a premium on accuracy, adaptability, reliability, and ease of use.
MSD is an exciting division with a global footprint, high-tech product portfolio, and diverse customer base.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Deploy strong relationship management with marketing activities across key opinion leaders, customers, and selected agents from Iberia; selected channels from the Middle East.
Focus will be on achieving meaningful growth and market share increase and developing the right interpersonal structure and networks to achieve this.
You will be part of a highly motivated team of EMEA Sales Representatives, Application Specialists, and Channel Managers embedded in a matrix organization with flat hierarchies, an open communication culture, and outstanding team spirit.
What You Will Do:
Drive growth in bookings and revenues in selected regions.
Conduct routine training and after-sales support to end customers in the region.
Increase network by organizing marketing activities for Iberia.
Coordinate activities which could be extended in Southern Europe (Fr, It).
Team up and share best practices with the EMEA team.
Coordinate and/or participate in marketing events, workshops, and trade fairs.
Accountable for selected channel relationships for our solutions and ensure that growth goals and bookings targets are met.
Proactively update CRM with new contacts, leads, opportunities, and status of the projects.
Reporting:
Report weekly activity to the manager and participate in weekly sales forecast meetings and updates.
How Will You Get Here:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field.
Experience:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work optimally with customers and colleagues in high-pressure situations.
