HR Generalist (m/f/d)
In this position, you will integrate the local HR team.
You'll be responsible for various topics in the HR department such as payroll, reporting, HR development, communication, and labour relations.
Key Accountabilities and Activities
Participate in monthly payroll activities
Support local industrial relations activities
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations within the local context
Facilitate effective local communication with employees
Implement corporate policies at the local level
Manage and maintain the local HRIS
Design and deliver employee development and training programs
Contribute to succession planning and talent management processes
Support strategic workforce development initiatives
Be gradually involved in strategic decisions
Your Profile
Key Competencies
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Sound legal understanding – Knowledge of Spanish labor law
Resilience and emotional intelligence
Ability to maintain good relations with the workers' union
B2 English level
Qualification and Experience
Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or similar background/experience
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
Experience in Payroll and Labour Relations is required
Experience in HR communication, reporting, and development is an asset
