Job Description:
As Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of campaigns, shaping the core value propositions. You will own the full funnel and pipeline for driving engagement from product and feature development to promotion as clients sign on.
This key role will work with a team of marketing and other stakeholders to execute the marketing strategy that meets client needs and supports business growth. Key responsibilities include managing multiple tasks and deadlines, possessing excellent problem-solving skills, and effectively interacting with colleagues at all levels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the full marketing strategy and plan for our products and solutions
* Develop campaign plans, including advertising, promotion, events, roundtables, stakeholder engagement, sales collateral, and internet/digital marketing
* Own and deliver the Product Go to Market strategy, results, and related dashboards for prospect and client engagement
* Engage closely with Product Managers and Sales teams to align priorities and messaging
* Collaborate with other teams/agencies to define and deliver effective prospect and customer marketing initiatives
* Work with the global web centre of excellence team to optimize and manage website contents
* Ensure product contents align with the brand strategy and meet accessibility standards
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and similar roles in bank entities and financial institutions
* Proactive and driven B2B product marketing experience building and managing a full channel marketing strategy
* Data-driven marketing campaign delivery and knowledge of traditional and digital channels, journeys, and funnel optimization
* Analytical skills with the ability to deliver and report on multiple projects
