Responsibilities
* Develop and implement global SEO strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
* Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the market dynamics, user behavior, and competitor strategies.
* Perform detailed keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
* Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
* Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
* Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.
* Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer video briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers).
* Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards (XML sitemaps/ webmaster tools) to diagnose SEO performance and identify key areas for improvement.
* Keep pace with SEO algorithm changes and marketing trends.
* Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree or above.
* Fluent spoken and written skills in English.
* 8+ years of SEO experience, including:
*Working in a dynamic startup environment handling websites with large traffic (1M> page views per month).
*Website analysis by using a variety of analytic tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
*Working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc).
*Working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments.
*Desired knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
*Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
* Empathy and curiosity for user problems, and an ability to distill insights into the right product answer.
* Data-driven, with demonstrable analytical ability.
* Excellent communication skills and experience managing input from a wide variety of stakeholders.
* Resilient problem solver who gets things done, works effectively under pressure, flexible and willing to learn.
